National Women’s Enterprise Day 2025: Tinakilly House Hotel
I attended National Women’s Enterprise Day 2025 at the stunning Tinakilly House Hotel, organised by the Local Enterprise Office Wicklow.
The event featured great speakers sharing real experiences of running and growing their businesses. Kellie Fennell spoke about the specific supports she received to help her highly successful fitness and mindset coaching business grow. Valerie McHugh from Nick’s Coffee talked about steps towards becoming carbon neutral, and Lynne Baillie from Vidvei Kitchens talked about using LEAN for Business to make their operations more efficient. Aisling McGann from Sisú Drinks discussed plans to expand both their product range and markets.
As a small business owner myself, I really enjoyed the chance to meet others facing similar challenges and to hear how they’re approaching growth and improvement in their own businesses.
