Standing with the Indian Community in Dublin

Standing with the Indian Community in Dublin

I attended a protest in Dublin to show solidarity with the Indian community in Ireland. It was a peaceful but powerful gathering, bringing people together to stand against the rise in racially motivated attacks.

No one should feel unsafe because of who they are or where they come from. Migrant workers, including many from India, make huge contributions to life in Ireland. They deserve the same respect and security as anyone else.

For me, it was important to be there, not just as support for my friends, but as a statement that racism cannot be ignored or normalised. Ireland is stronger and better when we stand together, and moments like this remind me how much solidarity matters.

We all deserve to feel safe, respected, and at home here.
